A Monday, two versions

Same week. Version 1 is the light desk already in the five: type, generate, then finish in the other tools. Version 2 is that desk grown. No live AI. Captions are canned from the week you type. The taps are real.

What we can actually wire later: Metricool MCP on Free or Starter can create and edit scheduled posts (Facebook, Instagram, optional Google), and can read best times from their heatmap. Photos go as a public URL — crop can still be finished in Metricool. We do not auto-publish stories with stickers, we do not use their 5-credit AI as the writer, and we do not push slides to the TV sticks.

Version 1 — light Monday desk

  • Type the week. Guests see it.
  • One tap: mail draft → Brevo, posts → Metricool
  • Photo, time, yes: in Metricool
  • Rooms stay in mail. Slides stay in Yodeck. You still open those tabs.

Version 2 — full control centre

  • Same week, on one page
  • Rooms: interested / not this date / custom
  • Newsletter: edit and send here
  • Posts: preview, photos, times, Schedule is the yes
  • TV: fill chalkboard + presets, export a pack for Yodeck — not a push to the sticks

Four ideas on Facebook and Instagram is eight publishes. Free Metricool allows 20 publishes a month. A full dual-network week wants Starter (~16–20 €).
